Steve May is a writer who has won awards for drama, poetry and fiction.  Recent work includes One Chance, a novel for young people, and Chess Wars, a play for BBC Radio 4, also broadcast in Germany in a revised version as Schach dem System.

 

He is also Head of Department, Creative Studies, at Bath Spa University, where he teaches creative writing at all levels.
